Hello Brookvale Families and Staff!

Please join us for our PTA meeting next week! We will recap our past events and take a look at upcoming ones for 2024. We appreciate the continued support and look forward to seeing you all.

All attendees must register here. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent with the Zoom information needed to join the virtual meeting.

VOTING

Everyone from the Brookvale community may attend the meeting, but only PTA members may vote on issues brought to our association. To begin or renew your membership for the 2023-24 school year, please join via TOTEM prior to the December 12th meeting.

Winter Wonderland is almost here! Come join us for a night of fun, sweets and holiday spirit:) There is no entry fee, however, we will have a variety of yummy baked goods and hot cocoa for sale ($1 each) so please do not forget to bring CASH! We are excited to taste all of the sweets made by our amazing volunteer bakers:) 

Other activities will include ornament decoration at our Arts & Crafts station (a Christmas tree will be up and it will need some ornaments!), photo op with Santa and a good old fashioned snowball fight! There will also be some other fun games set up so don’t miss out!

Last but not least, we will have a table set up with all of the Class Raffle Baskets:) Raffle tickets will be $2 each so please bring CASH! And remember- the basket that receives the most number of tickets that night will win an awesome prize for the class!

We know that these type of events need a lot of teamwork to make it a success, so if you are able to help out, please sign up for a volunteer post! If you are available to help put up the Christmas tree in the MUR prior to next Friday, that would help tremendously. We are also still looking for outdoor inflatables to decorate outside, so please let us know if you have any we can borrow. We will need parent volunteers the night of the event to help out at the Bake Sale table, the Raffle table, and with decorations.
