Brookvale PTA would like to introduce a new communication tool, Konstella. We will be using Konstella to communicate with PTA members and volunteers, organize committees, share information on PTA programs, and generally let parents connect directly with the PTA board and with each other. If you have not already received an email invitation from Konstella, please take a moment to create an account.

Note: This will be REPLACING the current Yahoo Group, which will be eventually retired as parents join us on Konstella. Thank you!

2017-18 Membership Drive

Be informed. Be Active. Be Your Kid’s Biggest Fan! PTA Membership is open to everybody—Parents, students, grandparents, educators, community members. Do good things for our kids—Join PTA!

Memberships are $10/person. Sign up online now (pay via credit card), or look for the envelopes coming September 21st (pay via check or cash).

*Examples include Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Super Diaper Baby, Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, Land of Stories, Series of Unfortunate Events, Warriors, Geronimo Stilton, etc. Kids have to wait in line to reserve those books in our school library. Now they have a chance to see them in their classrooms!!

School starts Wednesday, August 30th! First week of school schedule:

Wednesday, August 30th – normal Wednesday schedule, 8:15am to 1:00pm
Thursday, August 31st – early schedule, 8:30am to 1:15pm
Friday, September 1st – early schedule, 8:30am to 1:15pm
Monday, September 4th – Labor Day, no school
Tuesday, September 5th – normal schedule, 8:15am to 2:45pm
