Measure “E” Community Meeting for the AHS Attendance Area: Brookvale, Patterson and American

There will be a Measure “E” Community Meeting on Thursday, December 17th at 6pm in the MPR. This meeting will be to inform the Brookvale community about new construction at both Brookvale, Patterson, and American High School in 2016, and to get community input.

Congratulations to Ms. Chug’s class for winning the October Box Tops contest and congratulations to Miss Strickland’s class for winning the November Box Tops contest! Both classrooms will be getting new playground balls.

Please keep clipping those Box Tops, and remember the class who turns in the most each month wins playground balls!

A couple of tips for collecting Box Tops:

• Please check the expiry date. A valid date must be visible.
• Attach Box Tops to one side of the collection sheet only.
• Submit Bonus Box Tops separately, not attached to the collection sheets.
• Make sure your teacher’s name is on the sheet so your class can earn credit!
• we are not collecting Labels for Education at this time.

Just a reminder that there is a PTA meeting on Tuesday, December 8th at 7:30pm in the school library, immediately following the Reflections reception.

Come enjoy Brookvale’s free family movie night on Friday, December 11th. We will be showing Minions at 6:30pm in the MPR (doors open at 6pm). Bring blankets, pillows, and (low) chairs to sit on. We will have popcorn, pizza and hot dogs and other snacks for sale (proceeds benefit Brookvale PTA). We are looking for parents who want to help with food concessions for the evening. Please show up a few minutes early. Thank you!

We have concluded the judging for Brookvale PTA Reflections for 2015! We are excited to announce the following students’ artwork, photography and literature have been selected to represent Brookvale at the Fremont Council. Congratulations to all students!
