In the past we have received matching donations via Benevity from various companies like Google, Apple, Yahoo, Facebook, Kaiser, Gap, WD, Intel, Visa, Salesforce etc. and those listed below.
There are two ways to obtain employer matching:
1) Submit donation below and submit your emailed donation receipt via Benevity
or
2) Donate directly through your employer’s Benevity portal and your donation and the employer matched funds will be routed to PTA

If your company matches the funds and Brookvale Elementary PTA is not listed, please let us know so we can set that up with your employer. Your companies matching funds are counted towards the total funds raised by your child during our donation drive.
**Please note there are NO REQUIRED FEES for submitting your donation payment online, however, please select “Other” to REMOVE/CHANGE the default 15-17% contribution to remove/reduce the contribution to Zeffy.**
