Brookvale PTA Donation Drive – Starts today!!
Brookvale PTA is a registered non-profit (#94-2931862) per IRS Code Section 501(c)(3). All donations to Brookvale PTA are 100% tax-deductible.
Donate online or Drop off your Donation + Membership forms and checks at the Collection booth from September 16 through Sept 20 at the PTA Table in front of the school office, available from 8:00-8:30am and 2:45-3:15pm.
Suggested Contribution: $50/Student
Please help us meet our goal this year! $20,000
Estimated costs for scheduled/proposed programs:
- Student assemblies – $6,000
First assembly – Kyle’s Tiernan’s Drawing Assembly on Oct 8! - Student support – $7,300
Thursday folders, choir, Music for Minors II, science camp, etc. - Community Events – $2,000
evening/weekend family, cultural, Science Sunday, outreach - Other Programs – $2,750
Reflections, movie nights, volunteer and teacher appreciation - AHS Scholarships – $1,500
- PTA administrative – $2000
insurance, membership fees to PTA council, etc. - required carry forward – $3,000
Sept 8 – Potluck Picnic
Welcome Back to School to all the new and returning families!!
Whether you are new to Brookvale, or have been here a while, everybody is invited to join us at Brookvale PTA’s Potluck Picnic:
Sunday, September 8th, from 11am to 2pm
Los Cerritos Park
3377 Alder Ave (next to Brookvale)
Please bring a dish or drink to share with 6-8 people. The PTA will provide plates, utensils, cups, and water. We will set up on the tables under the gazebo by the play structure. Feel free to bring a picnic blanket to relax on the grass!
Sept 10 – Ice Cream Social
Come meet other parents, PTA members, and learn about our plans for the year. We will also be featuring Guest Speaker Carol Zilli, from Music for Minors II.

National PTA Reflections 2019-20
Get your creative juices flowing! We had a record turn-out for 2019-20 Reflections Art Competition “Look Within.” We are looking forward to our young artists’ creations this year!
The theme for 2020-21 Reflections is “I MATTER BECAUSE“
Submit online by Friday, October 23, 2020, 3:00pm. NOTE: ONLY DIGITAL COPIES MUST BE SUBMITTED THIS YEAR. Please use the checklist below.
