Brookvale PTA

We are hosting our first fundraising event on December 17th from 530pm to 8pm in the Brookvale Parking lot. We will be doing our best to decorate with lights, inflatables and crafts in hopes that we can bring in the holiday spirit with our community all while raising funds for our school. We will be pouring cups of hot cocoa on site with mini candy canes and marshmallows as well, which we’ve chosen not to set a dollar amount for, but are strongly encouraging (and in need of) comfortable donations for each cup. The icing on this gingerbread house is our former president, Jenn Hew, has reached out to American High band members to come over and play holiday tunes for all of us to enjoy while taking in wonderful sights and warm company!

We will need some volunteers to help pour and prep these cups of hot cocoa and I’ve included a sign up list below. Also if you have any holiday decor or long extension cords that you’d be willing to let us borrow, let us know as well and we’ll see if it will be useful for this event.

Please bring cash for your donations if possible as we are limited to Paypal only for digital transactions. Also know that you can donate through our website which can be found HERE .

Please come out and support our school and our community. Your donations mean everything as we are solely supported and funded by your generosity.

Our next PTA meeting is Tuesday, December 7th at 6:30pm on Zoom.

Please join us for our next PTA Meeting!  We will have updates on upcoming activities for the holiday season and current membership information.

We have had a few parents express interest in joining the PTA Board and we could not be more thrilled!  There are still several positions opened so please do not hesitate to reach out and join our team!  We are so thankful for your patience and support thus far.

VOTING

Everyone from the Brookvale community may attend the meeting, but only PTA members may vote on issues brought to our association.  To begin or renew your membership for the 2021-22 school year, please join via TOTEM prior to the December 7th meeting.
