To thank you for joining Brookvale PTA we invite you to our Ice Cream Social.
Tuesday, September 11, 6:30pm in the Multipurpose Room (PTA meeting follows at 7pm).
FREE ice cream for members and your kids (if you aren’t a member yet, you may sign up at the social and receive a free bowl of ice cream).
Message from the President
Welcome! My name is Sheryl Ashford your current PTA president. I have two third grade daughters here at Brookvale. I am so excited for this upcoming school year! I am happy to be a part of this school community because of the wonderful teachers, staff and involved parents.
The PTA is a tool for Parents and educators to work together to enhance student learning and enrich the lives of our students. One of my goals this year is to build a stronger community and strengthen relationships between families. We will do this through activities like family movie night, family game night, picnics at the park, and many more events.
Our students benefit from parent participation! There are many ways that you can get involved here at Brookvale. We have art classes that are taught by parents, Carnivals and the Bronco Gallop run by parent volunteers, technology support from parents at the school, and this year we want to have a parent rep for each class to help with communication.
Our New Website
We’ve just launched our new website! We hope www.BrookvalePTA.com will be a tool to bring parents together to support Brookvale and our children’s education. We will continue to add helpful features and updated news, so please bookmark and check back often.
